Öz

In this study, it's aimed to generate the contents of the safety and health plan which is obligatory to be prepared by the employers for all construction works. According to the 5th article of Safety and Health Regulation For Construction has been prepared on the basis of Council Directive 92/57/EEC, employer or the project manager has to prepare the safety and health plan before starting the construction work. However, there is no statement made in a legal regulation about the content of this plan. This study has been prepared by considering the basic principles of occupational health and safety and the legislations about occupational health and safety. In the study, the items of the safety and health plan and the contents of these items has been determined.

Avrupa Birli?inin 24.6.1992 tarihli ve 92/57/EEC sayyly Konsey Direktifi esas alynarak hazyrlanan Yapy Y?lerinde Sa?lyk ve Güvenlik Yönetmeli?i'nin 5 inci maddesine göre, i?veren veya proje sorumlusu yapy i?ine ba?lamadan önce sa?lyk ve güvenlik plany hazyrlamalydyr. Ancak herhangi bir yasal düzenleme ile bu planyn içeri?ine dair bir açyklamada bulunulmamy?tyr. Bu çaly?ma i? sa?ly?y ve güvenli?inin genel prensipleri ve i? sa?ly?y ve güvenli?i ile ilgili yasal düzenlemeler göz önünde bulundurularak hazyrlanmy?tyr. Yapylan çaly?ma ile yapy i?lerinde hazyrlanmasy zorunlu olan sa?lyk ve güvenlik planynyn bile?enleri ve bu bile?enlerin içerikleri belirlenmi?tir.
