THE COMPARISON OF USER SATISFACTION IN DIFFERENT HOUSING PRODUCTIONS WAYS : THE CASE OF ELAZI?

Öz

Today construction of housing with different types of production is continuing in order to meet the growing need for housing. The user satisfaction of the houses produced by "cooperative, contractors and individual" is evaluated according to demographic characteristics of some users, physical environment and environment of the housing variables. A questionaire which is prepared for this purpose was applied on some neighborhoods which are located in new and concentrated settlements of Elazy?. According to research results, an important statistical relationship is found between user satisfaction and housing production. It is seen that the housings produced by "individual" gives much more satisfaction to users than the housings produced by "cooperatives and contractors". Therefore, the necessary performance criterions should be determined in the process of housing production.

Günümüzde artan konut ihtiyacyny kar?ylamak amacyyla, farkly üretim biçimlerine göre konut yapymy hyzla devam etmektedir. Bu ara?tyrmada, "Kooperatif, Müteahhit ve ?ahys" tarafyndan üretilmi? konutlardaki kullanycy memnuniyeti, bazy kullanycy demografik özellikleri-fiziksel çevre ve konut çevresi de?i?kenlerine göre de?erlendirilmi?tir. Bu amaçla hazyrlanan bir anket, Elazy?'yn yakyn zamanda imara açylan ve yo?un yapyla?manyn oldu?u bazy mahallelerine uygulanmy?tyr. Ara?tyrma sonucuna göre, konut kullanycy memnuniyeti ile konut üretim biçimi arasynda istatistiksel açydan önemli bir ili?ki bulunmu?tur. "?ahys"lar tarafyndan yapylan konutlaryn, "kooperatif ve müteahhit" tarafyndan yapylan konutlara göre daha fazla oranda kullanycy memnuniyeti sa?lady?y tespit edilmi?tir. Bu nedenle, konut üretim sürecinde, gerekli performans ölçütleri belirlenmelidir.
