THE ACCOUNTANCY APPLICATIONS WITH APPROXIMATION OF SAMPLING TECHNIQUES

Abstract

In this study, the methods which are applicable in accountancy are described with control approach based on systems. Since the cost and the time factors are insufficient in the traditional control, the sampling techniques in accountancy are explained. In this mean, using the systematic sampling method, a sample is drawn from the data for the first six mounts of 2007 of a fertilizer factory. The average and total sale amounts for the six months are estimated. These estimated values are compared with real ones. In addition, various statistical calculations on the sample units are obtained.With comparing the estimations of sampling methods used in the study, we propose the best sampling methods for such an auditing. Confidence intervals of the estimations were also given.

Çaly?mada kullanylan örnekleme yöntemlerinin tahmin sonuçlary kendi aralarynda kar?yla?tyrylarak böylesi denetim için uygun olabilecek en iyi örnekleme yöntemi de önerilmi?tir. Ayryca tahminlerin güven aralyklary da verilmi?tir.
