Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı otantik
liderlik ve sanal kaytarma davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.
Çalışmanın diğer bir amacı ise bu ilişkide örgütsel sinizmin aracılık rolünü
araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Ahi Evran Üniversitesindeki 208 idari
personel oluşturmaktadır. Otantik liderlik davranışlarını ölçmek için Avolio ve
arkadaşları [1], tarafından geliştirilmiş 16 maddeden oluşan otantik liderlik
ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışanların sinizm davranışlarını ölçmek için Brandes
ve arkadaşları [2] tarafından geliştirilmiş 13 maddeden oluşan örgütsel sinizm
ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Son olarak çalışanların sanal kaytarma davranışlarını
ölçmek için Blanchard ve Henle [3] tarafından geliştirilmiş 22 maddeden oluşan
sanal kaytarma ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları otantik liderlik ve
sanal kaytarma arasında negatif ve anlamsız bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir.
Ayrıca bu ilişkide çalışanların örgütsel sinizminin aracılık rolüne sahip
olmadığı bulunmuştur.
