Eserin ele aldığı reddiyeler ve içerikleri meselesine ileriki bölümlerde 11 Eylül sonrası yazılanlar da dahil edilmektedir. Bunların bir kısmı da Müslüman iken daha sonra din değiştirerek Hıristiyan olan yazarların çalışmalarıdır. 11 Eylül olaylarından sonra en çok öne çıkan reddiyelerden biri de ailesi Türkiye’den gelerek Ohio’ya yerleşmiş, kendileri bu eyalette büyüyen Emir ve Ergün Caner kardeşlerin kitaplarıdır
