Abstract

Arisingof new communication Technologies which depends on internet and computer plays an effective role on quality of internal communication via creating new communication platforms which is free of time and place. There alisation of quality objectives of the institution is just possible with gaining operability tointernal communication process. New communication technologies re-design such processand determine the quality of internal communication.
