Abstract

One of the factors that adversely affect the lives of today’s working professional burnout syndrome. Occupational burnout, causing adverse effects in both individual and organizational aspects of a phenomenon. Now, today, began to take place among the employees in this occupational burnout problems often business executives, employee motivation, and in particular on intrinsic motivation and internal motivation to think about the need to address in detail the leaves. Qualified employees may involve internal motivation high by keeping performance. Employees are capable of self-actualized in their mind and begin to think his work.
