Abstract

Due to increased interest towards usage of derivative products both in the world and in our country, market maker institutions are established and those institutions started to actively operate. Capital Markets Board of Turkey is the leading instituion in our country. In this article, the author examines growing utilization procedure of derivative products in Turkey and around the world. The author also summarizes rapidly growing utilization procedure of derivative products among Capital Markets World of Turkey’s one of the most important and recent arrangements for the implemantaiton of “Compliance Testing” for the investors and financial instutions

TÜRK BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE TÜREV ÜRÜN VE PARA SWAPI KULLANDIRMA SÜRECİ VE UYGUNLUK TESTİ

Öz

Türev ürün kullanımına artan ilgi sayesinde dünyada ve ülkemizde piyasa düzenleyici kurumlar kurulmuş ve bu kurumlar aktif faaliyetlerine başlamışlardır. Ülkemizde bu kurumların başında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada; türev ürünlerin Türkiye’de ve dünyada gelişim süreci özetlenmiş, ülkemizde kullanım oranı hızla artan türev ürünler için SPK’nın yapmış olduğu son düzenlemeler arasından en önemlilerinden olan “Uygunluk Testi” uygulaması anlatılmış ve uygulamayla beraber türev ürün kullanım sürecinde yatırımcılar ve finans kurumları açısından nelerin değiştiği anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır
