Components of Workplace Spirituality for the Nursing Profession: A Comprehensive Analysis Beyond Managerial Control and Consent

Öz

This study aims to reveal the components of workplace spirituality for the nursing profession, which has an inherent spiritual orientation, especially in extraordinary conditions such as pandemics. In this study, the Web of Science (WoS) database was examined with the help of bibliometric analysis techniques. In order to reveal the components of workplace spirituality in the nursing profession, six main components were identified by thematic content analysis method. These are nursing education, organizational context, recruitment-orientation, work environment experience, training programs and developing harmonious working relationships. The main contribution of the research is a comprehensive model proposal for the components of workplace spirituality for the nursing profession.
