Yanıt Yüzey Metodu İle Porselen Karo Küçülmesinde Ergiticilerin Optimizasyonu

Öz
Seramik karoların pişirilmesi
sonucu oluşan boyut küçülmesi, üretim süreci için oldukça önemlidir. Seramik
karolarda küçülme kullanılan hammaddelerden, şekillendirme ve pişirme
koşullarından etkilenmektedir. Deney tasarımı metotlarından biri olan Yanıt
Yüzey Yöntemi (RSM) üretim ve ürün kalitesinin iyileştirilmesinde az sayıda
deney ile faktörler arasındaki etkileşimlerin belirlenebilmesinde
kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Yanıt
Yüzey Yöntemi ile porselen karo kompozisyonunda kullanılan farklı ergiticilerin
optimizasyonu yapılan küçülmeler incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar, farklı ergitici
hammadde kullanımının karolarda küçülme davranışını etkilediğini ve istenen
küçülme miktarı için mevcut üretim parametrelerini değiştirmeden hammadde
optimizasyonunu sağlamada Yanıt Yüzey Yönteminin önemli bir istatistiksel
teknik olduğunu göstermiştir.

In ceramic tiles, firing
shrinkage observed during sintering is important for production process. Firing behavior of ceramic materials is
affected by raw materials, pressing and firing conditions. Response Surface
Method (RSM) which is one of the experimental design methods is used for improvement
of product properties and quality to determine interactions of factors with
less experimental data. In this study, optimizations of different fluxes were
performed to on porcelain tiles’ shrinkage with RSM. Results were showed that
usage of different flux materials were influenced the shrinkage behavior of
tiles and that RMS was an important statistical technique for optimization of
raw materials without changing the processing parameters to achieve necessary
shrinkage value.
