Öz

XVI. yüzyıl feodalizmin çöküşü ile kapitalizmin
doğuşuna işaret eder. Bu tarihsel süreç vergileri de kapsayan pek çok toplumsal
veçhede farklı toplumsal sınıfları karşı karşıya getiren çatışmaları
barındırmıştır. XVI. yüzyıl Fransa’sında pek çok vergi isyanı yaşanmış, vergi
tahsildarlarının köylüler tarafından öldürülmesi geleneksel bir hal almıştır.
Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın temel amacı, XVI. yüzyıl Fransa’sında gerçekleşen
vergi isyanlarını XVI. yüzyıl toplumsal yapısını ele alarak incelemektir. İlk
olarak XVI. yüzyıl Fransa’sı üretim ilişkileri incelenerek anlaşılmaya
çalışılmıştır. İkinci olarak Fransa’nın idari, dini ve mali yapısı ele
alınmıştır. Vergi isyanları ise bu toplumsal yapı dikkate alınarak oluşturulan
sorulara cevaplarla birlikte sonuç bölümünde değerlendirilmiştir.

The Taxes and The Tax Revolts in Sixteenth Century France

Öz

The sixteenth century has indicated the collapse of
the feudalism and the begining of the capitalism. This historical phase had
contained several social contradictions  involves
taxes.  Several tax revolts had placed in
sixteenth century France and the killing of 
the tax collectors had been a tradition. In this context, the main aim
of the article is to analyse the tax revolts with 16th France society structure.
Firstly, the study has analyzed the social structure of the France through
relations of production. Secondly, the executive, religious and fiscal structure
of the 16th France have examined.  Considering
the social stucture of the 16th century France with answers to questions about
tax revolts, tax revolts are reviwed in the conclusion
