Bazı Biyolojik İnsektisitlerin Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) Üzerindeki Etkileri

Öz

Bu çalışmada bitkisel bir insektisit olan Azadirachtin, bunun yanında entomopatojen fungus olan Verticillium lecani, Metarhizium anisopliae, Beauveria bassiana, Paecilomyces fumosoreus etken maddeli ticari preparatların Tribolium castaneum üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Denemelerde biyolojik insektisitlerin önerilen dozları uygulanmış, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 ve 21 gün sonra canlı-ölü bireyler sayılmış ve ölüm yüzdeleri hesaplanmıştır. Bu işlemden sonra Abbott formülüne göre bu insektisitlerin etki dereceleri belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlara göre; 21. günde yapılan sayımlarda ölüm yüzdeleri sırasıyla %71.58, %42.11, %63.16, %53.68, %36.84 olarak hesaplanmıştır (Abbott). Elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde uygulanan biyolojik preparatların (özellikle funguslar) bahsedilen zararlı üzerinde 14. günden itibaren etkili olmaya başladıkları saptanmış ve bunların kontrolünde kullanılabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.
