Arabic Language is required as a condition for the Sharia Mujtahed

Öz

It is a condition for the Mujtahed to gain the ability of understanding the Arabic Language by studying some of its standard texts and be fully acquainted with its techniques. Nowadays, he can acquire that by knowing the levels of this language regarding phonetics, structure and connotations. He should also acquire a spontaneous presentation of laws of these levels regarding understanding, comprehension and realization of the meanings. Therefore, he should master text reading, taste the language vocabulary and study its analytical system which depends on verbal and meaning evidence. He should have spontaneous sense of its rhetorical statement techniques and have good knowledge of the its morphology.
