Dinamik Core Egzersizlerinin U13 Futbolcularının Atletik Performansı ve Teknik Becerileri Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öz

Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, 13 yaş grubundaki futbolculara yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen 12 haftalık core antrenman programının belirli motor parametreler ve genel futbol yetenekleri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışma, futbol okulunda eğitim gören 20 gönüllü sporcu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sürecinde, katılımcıların boy, kilo, 10 metre ve 30 metre sürat testleri, İllinois çeviklik testi, T testi ve Mor-Christian genel futbol yetenek testi gibi ölçümlere tabi tutulmuştur. Core antrenmanları, ısınma seanslarının ardından çalışma grubuna haftada üç kez, toplamda 12 hafta boyunca uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS 26.0 istatistik yazılımı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, 30 metre sprint ve T çeviklik testlerinin ortalamaları arasında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Bununla birlikte, 10 metre sprint, çeviklik, şut, pas ve dribling test skor ortalamalarının karşılaştırılmasında deney grubunun istatistiksel olarak anlamlı üstünlüğe sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, ek core antrenmanlarının 13 yaşındaki futbolcuların futbol yetenekleri ve motor performansları üzerinde faydalı bir etki oluşturduğu, bu durumun çocukların çok yönlü gelişimlerine kayda değer katkılarda bulunduğu ifade edilebilir. Bu bağlamda, core egzersizlerinin genç yaş grubundaki futbolcuların bireysel gelişimlerine destek sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır.

The Effect of Dynamıc Core Exercıses on Athletıc Performance and Technıcal Skılls of U13 Soccer Players

Öz

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of 12-week core training on certain motor parameters and general soccer ability test of 13-year-old soccer players. The 13-year-old age group consisted of 20 volunteer athletes who were trained in a soccer school. Height, weight, 10-meter, 30-meter sprint test, Illinois agility test, T test and Mor-Christian general soccer ability tests were used before and after the study. Core training was applied to the study group 3 times per week for 12 weeks after the warm-up. The research data were analyzed in the SPSS 26.0 statistical program. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between the groups in height, body weight, 30m sprint and agility T-test averages. However, in the comparison of 10m sprint, agility, shooting, passing and dribbling test score averages, it was determined that the intervention group showed a statistically significant score average. As a result, it can be said that additional core training has an effect on the soccer skills and motor performance of 13-year-old soccer players and contributes significantly to the multidimensional development of children, in this respect, core exercises contribute to the personal development of young age group soccer players.
