The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of mini trampoline training on maximum oxygen consumption capacity. 12 male students (22±1.27 years, 68.85 ± 8.24 kg, 174 ± 6.07 cm) volunteered to participate. Height and weight measurements of the participants were made and the maximum oxygen consumption capacity measurement (30-15IFT) was started after 6-week mini-trampoline training
applications. Measurements, test and training applications were repeated in the form of pre -test and post -test and data were recorded. The skewness and kurtosis coefficients were taken into account in determining the normality and it was seen that the data were normally distributed (in the range of ±,1.5). In the analyzes, the value p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. When the data obtained were analyzed and evaluated, it was concluded that trampoline training increased the maximum oxygen consumption capacity (VO2max) (p=0.001). As a result, it was determined that mini trampoline training increased the maximum oxygen consumption capacity, maximum aerobic speed and 30-15IFT values.
