Expectations of Businessmen by Investigation of The Situation and Behavior of X, Y And Z

Abstract

The recent dizzying changes in the global order have affected human life and business life. Such that technological, economic, social and political developments have brought about a change on the attitudes and behaviors of the people and at the same time forced a change on the enterprises. The human factor, which is one of the constituent elements of enterprises, is an essential element to be considered together with the change experienced in this context. However, a number of similar attitudes and behaviors of individuals affected by the same events that occurred in the same period have emerged. This caused the formation of the concept of generation. The concept of ise generations ları are individuals who were born in certain years, affected by certain events and who had certain attitudes and behaviors as a result of these effects. Today, successful management in working life can be possible by understanding the differences between generations and by management according to these differences. Economic, historical, political and technological developments and changes affect the thinking structures, lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors of generations. These different attitudes and behaviors in the working life of generations bring the management of generations in the way of management in business life. In this study, the situation and behavior of the x, y and z generations and their expectations from the business owners are discussed.
