Self-efficacy beliefs affect every aspect of human
lives including whether people think productively or not, they have
self-refuting way of thinking and they are optimistic or pessimistic, how much
time they spend in an activity, how they motivate themselves and face the
difficulties, how they regulate their thoughts and behaviour, and the tendency
of depression and stress. For this purpose, in this study, it is aimed to
examine the variables effect university senior students’ career decision-making
self-efficacy levels. The study group for this research consists of 569 students
in their senior year of university selected by random sampling method. In the
research, Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher and Career
Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Ulaş and Yıldırım (2016) were
used. Independent sample T test and one-way anova were used for analysis.
According to the results of the study, there is a significant difference in the
self-efficacy scores of university senior students according to the status of
having work experience and professional competence with the education they
receive. Also, there is no significant difference in the self-efficacy scores
of university senior students according to gender, general academic grade point
average, the status of having internship and the major. Some of the results of
the study were similar to the literature but some of the results did not
support the literature. Therefore, all results of the study were discussed in
terms of relevant literature and cultural differences.

puanlarında manidar bir fark varken; cinsiyete, genel akademik not
