12 Haziran 1976’da Osmaniye’de doğdum. ODTÜ Sosyoloji Bölümü’nden mezun olduktan sonra yüksek lisans ve doktoramı Selçuk Üniversitesi’nde tamamladım ve burada akademik kariyerime başlayarak Doçent oldum. 2019’da Osmaniye Korkut Ata Üniversitesi’nde Profesör oldum.

Akademik hayatım boyunca Erasmus+ Koordinatörlüğü, Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü, Dekan Yardımcılığı, Bölüm Başkanlığı ve Rektör Yardımcılığı gibi birçok yöneticilik görevi üstlendim. Ulusal ve Avrupa Birliği projelerine liderlik ettim; birçok ülkede eğitimler, dersler ve konferanslar verdim.

Deniz Kocak, 2012 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi Matematik Bölümü'nden mezun oldu. 2014 yılında Osmaniye Korkut Ata Üniversitesinde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalışmaya başladı. Ekonometri alanında doktorasını (2020) tamamladı ve Nicel Karar Yöntemleri alanında doçent (2022) unvanını aldı. Araştırmalarında yöneylem araştırması yöntemlerini kullanarak makroekonomik yapı, kurumsal yönetişim ve sürdürülebilirlik alanlarında karşılaştırmalı analizler yürütmektedir.

Aynı şekilde İnönü Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Anabilim dalında 2014 yılında doktora eğitimini tamamlamıştır. 2014-2015 yılları arasında Ağrı İbrahim ÇEÇEN Üniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümünde, sonrasında 2015 yılından itibaren Osmaniye Korkut Ata Üniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümünde öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Ahmet Doğan, 2010 yılında Osmaniye Korkut Ata Üniversitesi’nde araştırma görevlisi olarak akademik kariyerine başladı. Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri alanında doktorasını 2017 yılında tamamladı ve aynı alanda 2023 yılında doçent unvanını aldı. Üniversite bünyesinde bölüm başkan yardımcılığı, Erasmus ve Mevlana Değişim Programı koordinatörlüğü ile dekan yardımcılığı gibi çeşitli idari görevler yürütmektedir. Araştırmalarında; yönetim bilişim sistemleri, karar destek sistemleri, bulanık mantık ve çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri, tedarik zinciri ve operasyon yönetimi, veri bilimi, veri madenciliği, yapay zekâ ve dijital dönüşüm konularına odaklanmaktadır.

Dr. Paolo Pizzolo, Kraków'daki Jagiellonian Üniversitesi Uluslararası Çalışmalar ve Kalkınma Merkezi'nde (CISAD) Yardımcı Doçent ve Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Görevlisidir. Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler alanında doktorasını Roma LUISS “Guido Carli” Üniversitesi'nden almıştır. Roma “La Sapienza” Üniversitesi Avrasya, Akdeniz ve Sahra Altı Afrika ile İşbirliği Merkezi'nde (CEMAS) Araştırma Görevlisidir. Daha önce Roma “San Pio V” Siyasal Çalışmalar Enstitüsü'nün Akdeniz Gözlemevi'nde (OSMED) Jeopolitik Analist olarak görev yapmıştır. Ayrıca Moskova Ulusal Araştırma Üniversitesi Yüksek Ekonomi Okulu'nun (HSE) Kapsamlı Avrupa ve Uluslararası Çalışmalar Merkezi'nde (CCEIS) Doktora Sonrası Araştırma Görevlisi olarak çalışmıştır. Araştırma ilgi alanları arasında Uluslararası İlişkiler teorisi, jeopolitik, güvenlik çalışmaları, Orta ve Doğu Avrupa, Avrasya, Sovyet sonrası alan ve Balkanlar yer almaktadır.

Javier Sánchez García obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia and his Ph.D. in Business Management from the Universitat Jaume I, Spain. He served as Head of the Department of Business Administration and Marketing and Coordinator of the Inter-University Doctorate in Marketing Programme at Universitat Jaume I, where he is currently a Full Professor of Marketing.
He has coordinated or participated as principal investigator in numerous EU-funded projects, including Metaverse Academy, DigIn-Empower, RoboCoop, EuroCreative Youth, E-SOC (E-STEAM on the Cloud) and BoostScience, focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship in education. His research on digital economy, AI-based marketing research, tourism, consumer behaviour and innovation has been published in leading international journals.
Professor Sánchez García has supervised 18 doctoral theses (two awarded Extraordinary Doctorate Prizes and one with an International mention) and his work has received more than 14 000 citations with an H-index of 39 (Google Scholar). He holds four research and one knowledge-transfer sexenios as recognition of his scientific and applied contributions.
His main areas of interest include digital economy and innovation, AI ethics and marketing, consumer trust, tourism experience management, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and innovative pedagogical methods in higher education.

Prof. Nataliya Venkova Koleva, PhD, is an academic and administrator at the Technical University of Sofia with extensive experience in project management, digital transformation, and the integration of artificial intelligence in education and industry. She has held leadership roles such as Vice Dean for Academic Activities and Chair of the Academic Council Educational Committee, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and international collaboration. With a strong background in intelligent manufacturing systems, ERP, and European programs, she teaches courses in project management, production and operations management, and smart industry technologies. Professor Gomez-Blaya holds a Ph.D. in Humanities, specializing in Philosophy, Language, and Literature, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He also completed a B.A. in Communication Sciences, area of Journalism, at Universidad Complutense of Madrid. He was awarded a Master of International Affairs, concentration in Media & Communication Management, from Columbia University in New York City in 1996. He spent a semester as a visiting scholar at the Technical University of the City of Lanzhou, Republic of China.

He combines the teaching activity at the UFV University in several Educational Master´s Degrees with the professional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Board at CiudadEscuela Muchachos Foundation (CEMU), a not-for-profit organization that, since 1970, has been dedicated to protecting, fostering, and educating children and adolescents. The organization runs a Primary and Secondary Education school, a residential center, and a professional training program. He is also in charge of Training and Educational Innovation for this institution. He coordinates European cooperation projects for the Exchange of good social and educational practices working with children in situations of disadvantage and/or at risk of social exclusion. This line of research and international collaboration includes projects that aim to design new strategies and provide tools for intercultural education, the narrative construction of adolescents’ identities in multicultural environments, and the development of Media and Information Literacy.

His doctoral work, “Our Folktales and the Stories of Others: a Methodology for the Interpretation of narratives as a pedagogical tool applied to the analysis of Little Red Riding Hood and its cognates from the Far East,” received the national prize Enrique Fuentes Quintana, category of Humanities (2016-2017) by the Spanish foundation Funcas. This thesis is about the impact of Folk Psychology on child development and the construction of individual identity. He studies the emergence and development of the narrative mode of thought in different cultural communities using the analysis and interpretation of folktales from around the world, the cultural diet of adolescents in modern societies, and the forms of expression of urban cultures. He aims to develop new educational tools for the classroom that can also be applied in non-formal educational contexts, starting with the design of a pedagogical and multidimensional strategy that promotes self-knowledge, the understanding of others, and interculturality for a more diverse, tolerant, and fraternal society.

He has worked as a financial journalist and a foreign correspondent for Spanish newspapers, an International Media Relations Manager for the Volkswagen Group in Spain, and Head of Latin American expansion for several North American financial services companies. He completed the Managing Training Program of the VW Group at 28 years of age and held a financial services license from the US National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) for 14 years.

Carlos Pedro Ferreira is a Portuguese environmental engineer, academic, and consultant with extensive experience in air quality, environmental management systems, and sustainability governance. He currently serves as General Manager of Sondar Group and CEO of Sondarlab, leading multidisciplinary teams in the fields of environmental impact assessment, industrial emissions monitoring, and sustainable innovation.
Ferreira is also an active lecturer and researcher, collaborating with universities such as the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), the University of Porto, and Osmaniye Korkut Ata University in Turkey, where he contributes to graduate programs and supervises research on air quality and environmental technologies.
