Besin Protein İlişkili Alerjik Proktokolit Olgularında Cilt Tutulumu

Öz

Besin protein ilişkili alerjik proktokolit (BPİAP) tanılı çocuk hastalarda cilt döküntüsünün dağılımı, morfolojisi ve döküntü ile ilişkili faktörleri incelemeyi amaçladık. Bu kesitsel retrospektif çalışmada, Temmuz 2023 – Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında Çocuk İmmünolojisi ve Alerji Hastalıkları Polikliniği’ne başvuran ve BPİAP tanısı alan 0-18 yaş arası olgular değerlendirmeye alındı. Başlangıç değerlendirmesinde 26 hastada (%37,7) cilt bulgusu mevcutken, izlem sırasında 43 hastada (%62,3) yeni cilt bulgusu gelişti. Döküntü morfolojisine bakıldığında 20 hastada (%29,0) atopik dermatit (AD) görüldü. Atopik dermatit dışı döküntüsü olan 49 hastanın (%71) izleminde, 20 hastada (%83,3) nonspesifik raş ortaya çıktı (p=0,007). Literatürde BPİAP olgularında döküntüye yönelik vaka serileri sınırlı olup, çalışmamız bu alandaki ilk sistematik verilerden birini sunmaktadır. Elde ettiğimiz bulgular, BPİAP’nin yalnızca gastrointestinal değil, dermatolojik bulgularla da seyredebileceğini göstererek hastalığın daha geniş bir klinik spektrumda değerlendirilmesi gerektiğine işaret etmektedir.

Skin Involvement in Cases of Food Protein-Induced Allergic Proctocolitis
