Karaciğer Yetmezliği Olan Yenidoğanın Neuman Sistemler Modeline Göre Hemşirelik Bakımı: Olgu Sunumu

Öz
Akut karaciğer yetmezliği (AKY) yenidoğan döneminde %55-70 mortaliteye sahip önemli bir hastalıktır. Bu olgu sunumu AKY ile takip edilen yenidoğana Neuman Sistemler Modeli ve Kuzey Amerika Hemşirelik Tanıları Birliği (NANDA) tanıları ile hemşirelik bakımının sunulması amacıyla yapıldı. Olgu sunumları etik kurul izni gerektirmediğinden yenidoğanın ebeveyninden “Aydınlatılmış Onam Formu” ile onam alındı. Neuman Sistemler Modeli’ne göre hazırlanan veri toplama formuyla hasta bilgileri toplandı. Hasta bilgilerine göre stresörler belirlendi ve öncelikli olarak düşünülen 8 hemşirelik tanısı sunuldu. AKY’nin neonatal dönemde nadir görüldüğü düşünüldüğünde, bu çalışma ile ilk defa AKY olan yenidoğana hemşirelik teori/modellerinin kullanılması ile kanıta dayalı hemşirelik bakımı sunuldu. Sonuç olarak model kapsamında hemşirelik süreci yürütüldü ve hastaya bütüncül bakım verildi.

Nursing Care of the Newborn with Liver Failure According to the Neuman Systems Model: A Case Report

Öz
Acute liver failure (ALF) is an important disease with a mortality of 55-70% in the neonatal period. This case report was made to provide nursing care to the newborn followed up with ALF with the Neuman Systems Model and NANDA nursing diagnoses. Since the case reports did not require ethical committee approval, consent was obtained from the parents of the newborn with an "Informed Consent Form". Patient information was collected with a data collection form prepared according to the Neuman Systems Model. Stressors were determined according to patient information and 8 nursing diagnoses considered as priority were presented. Considering that ALF is rare in the neonatal period, evidence-based nursing care was provided for the first time with the use of nursing theory/models for newborns with ALF. As a result, the nursing process was carried out within the scope of the model and holistic care was given to the patient.
