Kent Müzelerinde Göçmenlere Yönelik Çalışmalar Ve Kültür Politikaları: Kopenhag Müzesi Örneği

Öz

Göç, sosyal ve kültürel yaşamı etkileyen ve kültürel
çeşitlilik ile ilgili sorunları da gündeme getiren önemli bir küresel
meseledir. Kapsayıcı Müzeler anlayışıyla göçmenlerin müzelerde temsili ve
müzeye olan katılımları tartışılmaktadır. Dünya genelinde göçmen yoğunluğunun
kentlerde olmasından kaynaklı, göç ve kent etkileşimiyle ilgilenen CAMOC ana temalarından
birini  "göç ve kent müzeleri"
olarak benimseyerek kent müzelerini göçmenlere yönelik çalışmalar yürütmeleri
için teşvik etmektedir.
Bu
makalenin amacı kent müzelerinin göçmenlere yönelik çalışmaların
belirlenmesinde etkili olan durumları ve politikaları Kopenhag Müzesi örneği
üzerinden incelemektir. Makale kapsamında alan yazın taraması bulgularına
dayalı olarak Kopenhag Kent Müzesi’ndeki göçmenlere yönelik çalışmalar;
CAMOC’un göç ve kentle ilişkili çalışmaları, UNESCO ve ICOM’un bildiri ve tavsiyeleri,
Danimarka- Kopenhag kültür politikalarının göç ve kapsayıcılığa yönelik
yaklaşımları ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda Danimarka’daki
müzelerin göçmenlere yönelik çalışmalarını etkileyen yasal düzenlemeler ve
teşviklerin olduğu; Danimarka’da kültürel çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık anlayışının
gelişmesinde üyesi olduğu sivil toplum kuruluşlarının etkili olduğu, Danimarka
ve Kopenhag’ın kültür politikalarını ve stratejilerini bunların doğrultusunda
geliştirildiği ve tüm bu durumların Kopenhag Müzesi’nin göçmenlere yönelik
çalışmalarını biçimlendirdiği tespit edilmiştir.

THE WORKS TOWARDS MIGRANTS IN THE CITY MUSEUMS AND CULTURAL POLICIES : CASE STUDY OF THE MUSEUM OF COPENHAGEN

Öz

Migration is an important global phenomenon that
affects social and cultural life and raises issues related to cultural
diversity.  With the understanding of the inclusive museum, it has been discussed the representations and participation
of migrants in the museums. Due to the fact that the immigration density in
the world is in the cities, CAMOC, which is interested in migration and urban
interactions, by adopting one of its themes as “migration and city museum”
encourages the city museums to work towards migrants. Through the example of Museum
of Copenhagen, the aim of this article is to examine the situations and
policies that are effective for the city museums in the conduct of their works
on immigrants. Based on the findings of the literature review, the Museum of
Copenhagen is investigated by looking at CAMOC's works on migration and the
city, UNESCO and ICOM's declarations and recommendations and Danish-Copenhagen
cultural policies towards migration and social inclusion. It has been determined that there are legal regulations and incentives
affecting museums in Denmark; Non-governmental organizations are effective in
the development of cultural diversity and social inclusion in Denmark; Danish
and Copenhagen cultural policies and strategies were developed in line with
them and all these cases were shaped the Museum of Copenhagen’s works on
migrants.
