Kardiyopulmoner Resüsitasyonda Haptik Simülasyon Kullanımı

Öz

Kalp ve damar hastalıklarının küresel ölçekte uzun bir süre daha bir numaralı ölüm sebebi olmaya devam edeceği tahmin edilmektedir. Kardiyopulmoner hastalıkların mortalite nedenleri arasında en sık karşılaşılan neden kardiyopulmoner arresttir. Kardiyopulmoner kaynaklı arrestlerin müdahalesinde hastaya hastane öncesi bakımda kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyon (CPR) uygulanmaktadır. Sağlık personelinin CPR’daki yetkinliği kardiyak arresten başarılı sonuçların alınmasında önemli bir faktördür. Günümüzde sağlık alanında tüm dünyada ve ülkemizde artık simülasyon eğitimlerinde özellikle resüsitasyonu öğretmede ve klinikte karar verme becerilerinin kazandırılmasında yüksek-güvenirlik simülasyon kullanımının önemi oldukça fazladır. Eğitim için kullanılan materyal ve metodlarda son teknolojiden faydalanmak ve bunu sağlık alanına entegre etmek oldukça önemlidir. Bu derlemede acil bakım sisteminde hayat kurtarmada önemli bir yeri sağlık personelinin eğitiminde yer alan yüksek-güvenirlik simülasyon kullanımına değinilmiştir.

Öz

It is predicted that cardiovascular diseases will continue to be the number one cause of death globally for a long time. Cardiopulmonary arrest is a clinical condition that develops depending on the causes of cardiovascular diseases. The competence of healthcare professionals in cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important factor in achieving successful results in cardiac arrest. Today, in the field of health all over the world and in our country, the use of high-reliability simulation is very important in simulation training, especially in teaching resuscitation and in gaining clinical decision-making skills. It is very important to benefit from the latest technology in the materials and methods used for education and to integrate it into the health field. In this review, the importance of the use of high-fidelity simulation in the training of healthcare personnel, which has an important place in saving lives in the emergency care system, is emphasized.
