Koronavirüsler 21.yüzyılda üç kez ciddi salgınlara yol açmıştır. Yeni tanımlanan SARS-CoV-2 virüsünün neden olduğu pandemi küresel endişeye neden olmuştur. Hastalığının hızlı yayılması, geniş kitleleri etkilemesi, yüksek oranda hastane ve yoğun bakım yatışı gerektirmesi nedeniyle bu pandemide yoğun bakımların yönetimi ve yoğun bakımda hasta takibi ciddi bir önem arz etmiştir. Bu derlemede COVİD-19 tanılı yoğun bakım hastalarının tedavileri şu ana dek elde edilen literatürler ve deneyimler ışığında derlenmiştir.

Abstract
Coronaviruses have caused serious outbreaks three times in the 21st century. The pandemic caused by the
newly identified SARS-CoV-2 virus has caused global concern. In this pandemic, the management of intensive
care units and patient follow-up in intensive care are of great importance due to the rapid spread of the disease,
affecting large masses, and more hospital and intensive care. In this review, the treatment of intensive care
patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been collected in the light of the literature and experience obtained so
far.
