Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the rapidly booming areas of educational technology. The present study sought to investigate the relationship between university faculty members’ attitudes towards AI and their technology integration across science and other academic disciplines. The study employed a descriptive correlational design and collected data from 300 faculty members working in Universities across India from both science and other subject streams. For data analysis, regression analysis and mean differences were carried out based on teaching experience, gender, and subject streams. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between university faculty members’ attitudes towards AI and their technology integration among science faculty members than other academic disciplines. There was a significant difference in attitudes towards AI and technology integration based on gender and teaching experience. However, attitudes towards AI and technology integration did not differ based on subject streams.
