A RESEARCH ON RELATIONS OF INSTITUTIONAL HONOUR AND COMPETITION

Öz

Advantages/disadvantages of globalization is effected all sectors and also health sector. At the past only public gives health services however the reason of changing of conditions compels special sector to make investment to this area. So competition conditions make service supplyers to looking for new searching. For getting advantage regarding health organization selections, honor concept is the product from this situation and it must evaluate from this matter. In this study is analyzed that on the way of costumer/patient expectations the effect on competition regarding to honour perceptions in 3 hospitals. Conclusion of this study in University Hospitals, State Hospitals and Special Hospitals the concept of institutional honour secures competition advantages with different rates.
