“Feminist art” has affected the art from 1960’s on. As a result of that, female artists have come to the fore in art and this has changed the approach of the common female image in society. The structuralist, post - structuralist and deconstructionist female image which was developed by Avant-Garde movements of feminist artists subverted the representative value of the concept of women

FEMİNİST SANAT VE YAPISÖKÜM KADIN İMGELERİ

Öz

Feminist sanat 1960’lardan itibaren ciddi bir varlık göstermiştir ve bu kapsamdaki çabalar hem kadın imgesine olan yaklaşımı hem de kadın sanatçıların ön plana çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Feminist sanatçıların 20.yy’ın avangarde sanat hareketleriyle ve postmodernizm kapsamında gelişen yapısalcı, post-yapısalcı ve yapısöküm (yapıbozum) içerikli kadın imgeleri, kadın kavramının modernizm içerisindeki temsili değerlerini yıkmış ve kadına olan bakışı değiştirmiştir
