Öz

Bu çalışmada COVID-19 kriziyle mücadelede önemli rol üstlenebilecek, sosyal sorunların çözümünde karlılık yerine sosyal faydayı önceleyen sosyal girişimlerin kriz sürecindeki mevcut durumlarına, krizden nasıl etkilendiklerine ve krizde aldıkları operasyonel kararlara yönelik anket bulguları ulusal ve uluslararası ölçekte farklı ekosistemlerde yapılan araştırmalarla kıyaslanarak analiz edilmektedir. Bu bulgular ışığında ortaya koyulan mevcut durumu iyileştirmek üzere sosyal girişimlerin salgın sürecinde desteklenmesine yönelik farkındalığın arttırılması, finansal ve finansal olmayan desteklerin sağlanması, ağlar üzerinden iletişimin güçlendirilmesi yönünde politika önerileri sunulmaktadır. Çalışma, krizin Türkiye’deki sosyal girişimler üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen ilk çalışma olması ve krize yönelik ulusal ve uluslararası kaynakları ortaya koyması açılarından literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.
