Öz

Kronik böbrek yetersizliğine KBY bağlı endokrin işlev de- ğişiklikleri üç mekanizma ile gerçekleşebilir: artmış hormon konsantrasyonu, azalmış hormon konsantrasyonu ve azalmış doku cevabı.
