Çocuklarda Dilate Kardiyomiyopati

Öz

Dilate kardiyomiyopati, en sık görülen kardiyomiyopati tipi olup; günümüzde kalp nakli uygulanan hastaların önemli bir kısmını oluşturması açısından önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Dilate kardiyomiyopati, sol veya her iki ventrikülün dilatasyonu ve azalmış kontraksiyonu ile karakterizedir. idiopatik, genetik, viral, immün, toksik nedenli olabileceği gibi, mevcut miyokardiyal yüklenme veya iskemi bulguları ile açıklanamayacak düzeyde miyokardiyal disfonksiyon gösteren diğer kardiyovasküler hastalıklarda da görülebilir.
