Çocuklarda ve Adölesanlarda Göğüs Ağrısı

Öz

Erişkinlerde görülen göğüs ağrısında ilk akla gelen kalbe bağlı nedenlerdir. Ancak çocuklardaki göğüs ağrısı genellikle kalp dışı nedenlere bağlı olmasına rağmen, hasta ve ailesinde önemli bir endişeye neden olur. Göğüs ağrısı olan çocukların ebeveynlerini en çok ani ölüm olasılığı korkutur. Ancak çocukluk yaş grubunda ani ölüm, özellikle ani kardiyak ölüm nadirdir 1 .
