The coronavirus disease affecting the world (COVID-19) and the Kahramanmaraş (Pazarcık and Elbistan) earthquakes that left devastating effects on many cities in Turkey have left deep traces in the lives of millions of people. These natural disasters have had a negative impact not only on financial, psychological and social life, but also on the disease management of many people with various chronic diseases. These natural disasters have made it necessary to change the daily functioning of health systems. Because, both the isolation process and the process caused by the destruction caused disruption of routine hospital visits of patients. In the aftermath of disasters, it is essential to make sustainable the rehabilitation of individuals with previous disabilities as well as individuals with new disabilities caused by the disaster. In such cases, telerehabilitation, which is considered within the scope of telehealth strategies, can be used as an effective way of applying medical resources.
