During the periods of global stagnation, which started
with the oil crisis and continued with the 2008 crisis, studies on terms
related to the use of adequate energy services due to payment conditions,
especially in developed countries, are quite high. In this study, which aims to
compile the studies on energy poverty in the world, summarizing the approaches
of academic publications, regulations and institutional reports in
chronological order, the current information obtained in the last part of the
study and the words proposed as national response will be seen.
