Kardiyak Cerrahi Geçiren Hastalarda Müzik Terapinin Etkisi

Öz

Ortalama insan ömrünün süresinin uzaması nedeniyle koroner arter bypass cerrahisi ve kapak değişimi işlemleri sık olarak uygulanmaktadır. Hemşireler ve hekimler kalp cerrahisine ağrı ve anksiyetenin eşlik ettiğini belirtmektedirler. Kardiyak cerrahi sonrası ağrı ve anksiyete yönetimi ve değerlendirilmesi için birkaç çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu derlemede kardiyak cerrahi geçiren hastalarda müzik terapinin olumlu etkilerinin neler olduğu ve bu etkiler ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar değerlendirilmiş ve tartışılmıştır. Kardiyak cerrahi uygulanan hastalarda ağrı ve anksiyete ortaya çıkmaktadır. Literatürü gözden geçirdiğimizde müzik terapinin bu hastaların ağrısı, anksiyetesi, fizyolojik parametreleri ve psikolojik durumu üzerinde olumlu etkili bir müdahale olarak ifade edildiğini tespit ettik. Sonuç olarak müzik terapi, kardiyak cerrahi uygulanan hastalar için umut verici bir farmakolojik olmayan müdahaledir

The effect of music therapy in cardiac surgery patients

Öz

Due to the prolongation of the average human life, the frequency of coronary artery bypass surgery and valve replacement are applied frequently. Nurses and physicians indicate that cardiac surgery is accompanied by pain and anxiety. There are several studies for the management and the evaluation of pain and anxiety after cardiac surgery. In this review, the positive effects of music therapy in cardiac surgery patients are discussed. In addition, the studies conducted on these effects are evaluated. It is occurred to pain and anxiety in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. When we review the literature, we found that music therapy was expressed as a positive effective an intervention on patients pain, anxiety, physiological parameters and psychological states. As a result, music therapy is a promising non-pharmacological interventions for patients undergoing cardiac surgery
