As of April 2021, 389 people were surveyed for bank employees in order to examine the attitudes of individuals towards their fear and anxiety levels, as it caused the death of approximately three million people.
Materials and Methods: Personal Information Form and COVID-19 Fear Scale were used as data collection tools in the study.
Results and Conclusion: As a result of the research, it was found that while there was no significant difference in COVID-19 fear levels according to the socio-demographic characteristics such as gender, marital status, education status, those who follow the COVID-19 news had more fear. With the COVID-19 virus, psychologically-based stress reduction programs to help the society to cope with the fear and anxiety aimed at creating conscious awareness through the press and the media, to reduce the anxiety, stress, and fear that may occur in the society by acting together with the local governments and local administrations. It should be tried to bring it to low levels.
