Öz

Bu makale, “sistemik kriz dönemi savaşlarını” İspanya Veraset Savaşı ve Napolyon Savaşları örnekleri üzerinden incelemektedir. Çalışmanın temel sorusu, krizlerle tanımlanan belirli tarihsel dönemlerde patlak veren savaşların uluslararası güç dengelerini ne ölçüde etkilediği ve mevcut sistemik yapının sürekliliğine nasıl katkıda bulunduğudur. Makale, bu tür savaşların başlıca örüntülerini ve sonuçlarını bu iki tarihsel örnek üzerinden ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu makale, “sistemik kriz dönemi savaşlarını” İspanya Veraset Savaşı ve Napolyon Savaşları örnekleri üzerinden incelemektedir. Çalışmanın temel sorusu, krizlerle tanımlanan belirli tarihsel dönemlerde patlak veren savaşların uluslararası güç dengelerini ne ölçüde etkilediği ve mevcut sistemik yapının sürekliliğine nasıl katkıda bulunduğudur.
