Öz

Sporcu performansında zihinsel antrenman
tekniklerinin önemi büyük ölçüde fark edilir hale
gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı gevşeme, zihinde
canlandırma ve düzenli nefes egzersizlerinden
oluşan zihinsel antrenman programının 10–12 yaş
futbolcularda bazı motor özelliklere (dinamik denge,
esneklik, sürat) etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmaya
Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu (TFF) Şanlıurfa Futbol
Eğitim merkezinde futbol eğitimine başlayan
10–12 yaş grubu toplam 29 erkek çocuk katılmıştır.
Katılımcılardan otur-eriş, dinamik denge ve 20 m koşu
ölçümleri ön test ve 14 hafta sonra son test olarak
alınmıştır. Katılımcılar tesadüfi yöntemle deney ve
kontrol gruplarına ayrılmıştır. Deney grubu 14 hafta
süreyle rutin fiziksel antrenmanlarla birlikte haftada
3 kez gevşeme, zihinde canlandırma ve düzenli nefes egzersizi yöntemlerini içeren zihinsel antrenman
programına katılmıştır. Deney grubu; dinamik denge
(13.20±2.29’dan 12.81±1.75’e; kontrol, 13.86±2.61’den
14.80±1.34’e), otur-eriş (26.03±2.65’ten 30.07±2.81’e;
kontrol, 25.24±3.44’ten 24.40±3.66’ya) ve 20 m koşu
(3.57±0.21’den 3.39±0.22’ye; kontrol, 3.73±0.24’ten
3.72±0.24’e) ölçümlerinde anlamlı ilerleme kaydetmiştir.
Çalışma sonuçları fiziksel antrenmanlarla birlikte düzenli
zihinsel antrenmanların çocuk futbolcularda performans
geliştirmede etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
