Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, koparma kaldırışı sırasında bara uygulanan kuvveti, yapılan işi vegüç değerlerini hesaplayarak elit halterciler arasındaki kinetik farklılıkları göstermektir. Buçalışmaya 71. Dünya halter şampiyonasında 56 kg’da dereceye giren üç elit erkek haltercidenek olarak alındı. Koparma kaldırışlarının görüntü kayıtları saniyede 25 kare (50 alan/s)kayıt yapabilen iki adet S-VHS (Panasonic NV-MS2b) marka kamera ile yapılmıştır.Görüntüler APAS (Ariel Performans Analiz Sistemi, Ariel Dynamics, San Diego, CA) hareketanalizi yazılım programında halterci üzerinde 18 antropometrik nokta ve bar üzerinde 2 noktaişaretlenerek sayısallaştırılmıştır. Barın sayısallaştırılan her iki ucuna ait yerdeğiştirme verilerinden barın orta noktasının yerdeğiştirme verisi hesaplanmıştır. Ters dinamik (inversedynamics) yöntemi ile bara uygulanan kuvvet ve bu kuvvetin yaptığı iş ve güç değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Sonuçta, koparma tekniğinde vücut pozisyonu, barın maksimal yüksekliği, uygulanan kuvvet, yapılan iş ve güç gibi kinematik ve kinetik faktörlerin halterciler arasındakiteknik farklılığın belirleyicisi olduğu görülmüştür
