Öz

Bu çalışma aktif sıçrama ve Wingate anaerobik güç testleri sırasında belirlenen anaerobik performanstaki sirkadiyen değişimlerin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Ondört üniversite öğrencisi çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılmış ve üç farklı gün ve zaman diliminde (saat:09:00, 13:00 ve 17:00) aktif sıçrama ve Wingate anaerobik güç (WAnT) testlerinekatılmışlardır. Her test öncesinde deneklerin vücut ağırlığı, oral vücut sıcaklığı ve dinlenikkalp atım hızı ölçümleri alınmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan deneklerin ayrıca maksimal güçleri (aktifsıçrama testi) ile maksimal anaerobik güç ve ortalama güçleri (WAnT) de değerlendirilmiştir.Yapılan tekrarlı ölçümlerde ANOVA sonuçları oral vücut sıcaklığında (p
