AKADEMİSYENLERİN AKIL HOCALIĞI EĞİLİMLERİ İLE LİDERLİK TARZLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Bu çalışmada, akademisyenlerin akıl hocalığı eğilimi ile liderliktarzları arasındaki ilişkilerin irdelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Mehmet AkifErsoy Üniversitesi bünyesindeki fakülte, yüksekokullar ve meslekyüksekokulları ile Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesindeki fakültelerde görevyapan akademik personelden anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler faktöranalizi, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Eldeedilen bulgular sonucunda; akademisyenlerin akıl hocalığı eğilimleri ileliderlik tarzları arasında anlamlı ilişkilerin bulunduğu istatistiksel olarakkabul edilmiştir

A RESEARCH ON DETERMINING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ACADEMICIANS PROPENSITY OF MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP STYLES

Öz

This study aims to investigate relationships between academicianspropensity of mentoring and leadership styles. The data provided by surveymethod from a sample of academic staffs in Mehmet Akif Ersoy Universityand Suleyman Demirel University. These data are analyzed via factoranalysis, correlation analysis, regression analyses. According to the results, itis statistically supported that there are significant relationships amongacademic staffs propensity of mentoring and leadership styles
