A REVIEW ON THE STUDIES OF CROSS-CULTURAL ETHICS IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

Yıl 2012, Sayı: 15, 115 - 125, 01.06.2012

Öz

Comperative studies in the field of cross-cultural organizational behavior have been studied by a lot of researcher and consequently various classification and review methods have been developed in this field. In these quantitative and qualitative measurement techniques applied field studies, more clear determination and quantitative expression of the result for quantitative methods can be seen more frequently. But is it enough for a fact, which is highly affected by the cultural values like morality, with only quantitative collection methods to lead us to the accurate results? In this study, quantitative methods and viewpoint dominated cross-cultural ethical studies will be evaluated through philosopy of science and criticism will be made for the process of these studies
