Kardiyovasküler Cerrahi Sonrası Yoğun Bakımda Yaşanan Sorunlar ve Hemşirelik Bakımı

Öz

Dünya’da
ve ülkemizde ölüm nedenleri arasında ilk sırada olan kardiyovasküler
hastalıkların tedavisinde cerrahi yöntemler önemli yer tutmaktadır. Kardiyovasküler
cerrahi sonrası tedavi/bakım ve izlemi yoğun bakım ünitesinde sürdürülen
hastalarda; atrial fibrilasyon, pulmoner sorunlar, ağrı, kanama, inme, akut böbrek
yetmezliği, enfeksiyon, gastrointestinal sorunlar, anksiyete, depresyon, deliryum
ve uyku bozuklukları gibi ciddi sağlık sorunları görülebilmektedir. Cerrahi
girişim sonrası yoğun bakım ünitesinde hastalarda yaşanabilecek sorunlara yönelik,
bireye özgü bakımın planlanması ve uygulanması durumunda bu sorunlar önemli düzeyde
önlenebilmektedir. Hemşire kalp damar cerrahisi sonrası yaşanabilecek
sorunların farkında olmalıdır. Bu derlemenin amacı, kardiyovasküler cerrahi
sonrası hastaların yoğun bakım ünitesinde yaşadığı sorunları ve bu sorunlara yönelik
uygulanan hemşirelik bakımını irdelemektir.

Problems after Cardiovascular Surgery in Intensive Care Unit and Nursing Care

Öz

Surgical
methods play an important role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,
which are the leading causes of death in the world and in our country. Serious
health problems such as atrial fibrillation, pulmonary problems, pain,
bleeding, stroke, acute renal failure, infection, gastrointestinal problems,
anxiety, depression, delirium and sleep disorders can occur in cardiovascular surgery
patients undergoing treatment / care and follow-up in intensive care unit.
These problems can be prevented by planning and implementing
individual-specific care for the problems that may occur in the intensive care
unit after surgery. The nurse should be aware of the problems that may occur
after cardiovascular surgery. The aim of this review is to examine the problems
of patients in the intensive care unit after cardiovascular surgery and the nursing
care for these problems.
