DEVRESEL DALGALANMALARDA OPTİMAL MALİ VE PARASAL POLİTİKALARA RAMSEYCİ YAKLAŞIM

Öz

Makalede devresel dalgalanmalarda optimal mali ve parasal politikaların Ramseyci yaklaşımla belirlenmesi araştırılmaktadır. Ramseyci yaklaşımın dinamik stokastik genel denge modellerine entegre edilmesi Lucas ve Stokey’in 1983’deki çalışmasıyla başlamıştır. Yaklaşıma yakın zamanda devresel dalgalanmalar bağlamında ampirizm kazandırılmış ve eksik rekabetçi çerçevelere genişletilmiştir. Optimal politika analizinin yapıldığı bir devresel dalgalanmalar modeli, bir Ramsey politika problemi olarak oluşturulan dinamik stokastik genel denge modelinin denge koşullarının aynı karar etrafında yaklaştırımı yapılarak türetilmektedir. Bu koşullar üzerinde analitik ve kantitatif yollarla analiz yapılarak optimal politikalar belirlenmektedir
