Öz

Günümüz dünyasında ekonomik gelişmede rol oynayan en önemli aktörlerden biri girişimcilerdir. Ekonomik perspektifte girişimciliğin bu artan önemi, ekonomik teoride girişimcinin karakteristiklerinin ve rolünün ne olduğu ile ilgili bazı soruları beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada iktisadi düşünce tarihinde girişimcinin karakteristikleri ve rolünün ne olduğu ile ilgili bu soruların cevapları irdelenecektir
