Öz
Günümüzde müşteri tatmini işletmeler için hayati bir unsur olmuştur. Müşteriler üstün kaliteli ürünlerin, uygun fiyatta ve istenilen zamanda üretilmesi ile tatmin edilebilir hale gelmişlerdir. İşletmelerin büyümeleri ve verimli çalışabilmeleri büyük bir oranda müşteri tatminine bağlıdır. Altı sigma müşteri memnuniyetini arttırmak ve proses değişkenliğini azaltmada kullanılan üst seviyede oluşturulmuş bir yaklaşımdır Yapılan çalışmada, altı sigma metodolojisi üzerine bir literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Literatürde yeralan çalışmalar çeşitli faktörlere göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar hakkında kısaca bilgiler verilmiştir
