HİZMETKÂR LİDERLİK VE İŞ PERFORMANSI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE İŞ TATMİNİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ: ANTALYA İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Araştırmanın amacı, hizmetkâr liderliğin iş performansı üzerindeki etkisini, hizmetkâr liderliğin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisini ve hizmetkâr liderliğin iş performansı üzerindeki etkisinde iş tatminin aracılık rolünün belirlenmesidir. Tanımlayıcı, kesitsel tasarım kullanılan araştırma Antalya ilinin dokuz devlet hastanesinde 2014-2019 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklemini Antalya ilinin dokuz devlet hastanesinde çalışan 1098 sağlık personeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Dennis ve Winston’un Hizmetkâr Liderlik Ölçeği, Kirkman ve Rosen’ın İşgören Performans Ölçeği, Weiss, Davis, England ve Lofquirt tarafından geliştirilen Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği, sosyodemografik ve çalışma özellikleri formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma modelini analiz etmek için SPSS 22 programı kullanılarak tanımlayıcı istatistikler, doğrulayıcı ve açıklayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının hizmetkâr liderlik algılarının, iş performansı düzeyleri ve iş tatmini düzeyleri aralarında anlamlı pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışanların hizmetkâr liderlik algılarının iş performansı düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisinde iş tatmini düzeylerinin kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu saptanmıştır.
