Özet

Akciğer tüberkülozu nedeniyle tedavi görmekte olan ve tedavinin birinci ayında toksik etki için belirtilen doza va süreye bağlı olmadan streptomisine bağlı ototoksisite ve nefrotoksisite gelişen bir olgu sunuldu. İki ay süreyle takip edilen hastanın böbrek fonksiyonlarındaki bozulma ilk hafta içerisinde düzelirken vestibülokohlear hasarda ikinci ayın sonuna kadar kaydadeğer bir düzelme görülmedi.

Abstract:

Ototoxicity And Neprotoxicity Düe Do StreptomycineTherapy


in this report, a pulmonary tuberculosis case under treatment that developed ototoxicity and nephrotOKİcity in thefırst month of treatment due to streptomycine but not due to determined dosage and duration is presented. The patient was follovved for two month; while the renal fitnctions of the patient improved in thefırst week, a significant improvement in vestibulocochlear fiınctions was not observed at the end ofsecond month.
