Özet

Cerrahiye stress yanıt cerrahi prosedürün şiddetine bağlı olarak hafifi yada şiddetli olabilir. Değerlendirilmesinde en sık kullanılan parametre kortizoldür. Kullanacağımız anaestezi türü önemli rol oyna­maktadır. Epidural anestezi genel anaesteziye kıyasla stress yaratın önlenmesinde giderek daha yaygın kul­lanım alam bulmaktadır.

Abstract



The role of cortisol in stress of epidural anesthesia

Surgical stress response can be mild ör severe related to the type of the procedure. Most often used parameter in evaluation of it is cortisol. The type of anesthesia acts the main role at this moment. Epidural anesthesia compared to general anesthesia is being more wide-spread for preventing stress response.
