Özet



Artrofibrozis, travma veya cerrahi sonrasında eklemde masif konnektif doku proliferasyonuna bağlı olarak gelişen ve sakatlık yaratan bir tablodur. Bu olgu sunumunda dizinde artrofibrozis gelişen ve fizik tedaviye ve artroskopik olarak eklemin gevşetilmesine rağmen yeterli düzelme sağlanamayan bir hastamız sunulmaktadır.

Abstract



Refractory knee arthrofibrosis: case report



Arthrofibrosis is a disabling complication after trauma and surgery due to massive connective tissue proliferation. In this case report, we report a patient with knee arthrofibrosis whose treatment has failed despite of the intensive physical therapy and surgical release procedures.
