Comparison of Wired and Goble Production Systems in terms of Economic in Viticulture: A Case Study from Isparta Province in Turkey

This research aimed to compare wired and goble production systems in terms of economic in viticulture in Isparta province, Turkey. The data used in the study were obtained by conducting a questionnaire from 154 grape producers by using the system of wired and goble production in Isparta. The data used cover the 2012 production period. Labor use in decare has been calculated as 36.83 hours for wired production system and 25.48 hours for goble production system in examined farms in the production period. It has been determined that the harvest operation took the first place in labour usage in both systems. It has been determined that proportion of harvest in labour usage is 32.23% for wired production system and 34.38% for gobble production system. Grape yield in decare has been determined as 1928.50 kg for wired production system and 940.50 kg for the gobble production system. It has been found that grapes yield in decare for the wired production system was two times more than that of the gobble production system. It has been determined that the average production cost of grapes in decare is 866.96 TL for wired production system and 516.42 TL for the goble production system. It has been found that the gross production value in decare is 2121.35 TL for wired production system and 799.42 TL for the goble production system. Net profit has been calculated as 1263.39 TL/da for a wired production system and 292.00 TL/da for the goble production system. Relative return has been determined as 2.46 for wired production system and 1.57 for the goble production system. Based on the results obtained, it was determined that the production for a wired production system had more advantages than the production for the goble production system.

Bağcılıkta Telli ve Goble Terbiye Sistemlerinin Ekonomik Yönden Karşılaştırılması: Isparta İli Örneği

Bu araştırmada, Isparta ilinde bağcılıkta telli ve goble terbiye sistemlerinin ekonomik yönden karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın ana materyalini Isparta ilinde telli terbiye sistemi ve goble terbiye sistemine göre üzüm yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerden anket yöntemi ile toplanan birincil veriler oluşturmuştur. Kullanılan veriler 2012 üretim dönemini kapsamaktadır. İncelenen işletmelerde üretim döneminde dekara kullanılan işgücü miktarı telli terbiye sistemine göre 36.83 saat, goble terbiye sistemine göre ise 25.48 saat olarak hesaplanmıştır. Toplam işgücü kullanımı içinde her iki sistemde de ilk sırayı hasat işleminin aldığı belirlenmiştir. İşgücü kullanımı içinde hasatın payı telli terbiye sisteminde %32.23, goble terbiye sisteminde ise %34.38 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Dekara üzüm verimi, telli terbiye sisteminde 1928.50 kg iken, goble terbiye sisteminde 940.50 kg olarak belirlenmiştir. Telli terbiye sistemine göre dekara ortalama üzüm veriminin, goble terbiye sistemine göre yaklaşık 2 kat daha fazla olduğu saptanmıştır. Üzüm üretim faaliyetinde dekara düşen ortalama üretim masrafı, telli terbiye sisteminde 866.96 TL ve goble terbiye sisteminde 516.42 TL olarak bulunmuştur. Dekara düşen gayri safi üretim değeri, telli terbiye sisteminde 2121.35 TL, goble terbiye sisteminde ise 799.42 TL olarak belirlenmiştir. Ortalama net kâr, telli terbiye sistemi ile üretimde 1263.39 TL/da ve goble terbiye sistemi ile üretimde 292.00 TL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır. Oransal kâr, telli terbiye sistemi ile üretimde 2.46, goble terbiye sistemi ile üretimde 1.57 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre telli terbiye sistemi ile üretimin goble terbiye sistemi ile üretime göre daha avantajlı olduğu belirlenmiştir.
