Küpe çiçeğinde (Fuchsia spp.) Paclobutrazol Uygulamalarının Bitki Gelişimi Üzerine Etkileri

Öz

Çalışmada saksılı küpe çiçeği bitkilerinde paklobutrazolun farklı uygulama ve dozlarının bitki gelişimi üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. %70 torf ve %30 perlit içeren 1 litrelik saksılara dikilmiş ve 13-17 cm boyundaki saksılı küpe çiçeği bitkileri materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Paklobutrazol saksılara 200 ml dökme şeklinde (0, 12.5, 25 ve 50 ppm) ve yapraktan 10 sprey (0, 12.5, 25 ve 50 ppm bir kez uygulama) uygulanmıştır. 5 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülen denemede 4, 6 ve 8. boğumdaki yaprak uzunlukları (cm), çiçek tomurcuğu ve çiçek sayısı (adet), boğum araları uzunluğu (üst orta ve alt) (cm), bitki boyu (cm) ve kök gelişimine ait gözlem ve ölçümler yapılmıştır. Paklobutrazolun dökme uygulamaları kontrol ve yapraktan uygulamaya göre bitki boyunda belirgin kısalmaya neden olmuştur. Ayrıca bu uygulamada gövde ve yapraklar koyu bir renk almış, çiçekler ise kontrol bitkilere göre ya küçük oluşmuş ya da dumura uğramıştır.

Effects of Different Paclobutrazol Applications on the Plant Growth of Fuchsi a

Öz

The aim of the study is to investigate the effects of different applications and doses of paclobutrazol on plant growth in potted fuchsia plants. In this study, plants of 13-17 cm in height potted fuchsia planted in 1 liter pots containing 70% peat and 30% perlite were used as the experimental material. Paclobutrazol was applied in two ways: 1) pouring into the pot (12.5, 25 and 50 ppm) and 2) foliar spraying (12.5, 25 and 50 ppm once). In the experiment carried out in 5 replicates leaf length (cm), number of flower buds and flowers, internode length (cm), plant height (cm) and root development were measured. Pouring application of paclobutrazol (12.5 ppm, 21.7 cm) caused significant shortening of plant height compared to control (38 cm) and spraying application. In addition, when pouring application compared to control plants the stem and leaves had a darker color and flowers are formed smaller than or atrophied.
